I had 2 pretty big rib-eyes. 1lb and 1.2lb. I took the grill to about 500 and did 4 minutes and 4 minutes for the smaller one. Ended up flipping one more time and doing another 3-4 minutes. Perfectly done. Even for the well done crowd. Salted heavily and they were out for several hours before cooking. Used Lemon Pepper Spice and also the Sazon Completa. A little too salty...but great damn steaks. I did the same timing with the second, but added another 2 minutes.
